None appears for the petitioners at the time of call. No accommodation has been sought for either.

This is an application under Article 227 of the Constitution of India praying for a direction upon the learned Civil Judge (Sr. Div.), Basirhat, District-North 24Parganas to dispose of the Title Suit No.382 of 2021 expeditiously.

After going through the order sheets appended to this application this Court finds that the plaintiff was directed to take steps upon the deceased defendants. It appears to this Court that the suit is not ready for hearing. For such reason this Court is not inclined to pass any order for expeditious hearing at this stage. With the above observations, CO 190 of 2026 stands disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.
