Mr. Ranjan Saha ... for the D.P.S.C., Jhargram The petitioner seeks inter-district transfer on selfmedical grounds. In the circumstances, the D.P.S.C., Jhargram shall obtain the medical opinion of the petitioner from the CMOH, Jhargram and forward the same along with comments to the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E. Upon receipt of the medical opinion of the petitioner and if satisfied, the Secretary, W.B.B.P.E.

shall take an appropriate decision thereon, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order. With the above observations and directions this writ petition being WPA 1311 of 2025 stands disposed of.

However, there shall be no order as to costs. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if

applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of all requisite formalities (Rajarshi Bharadwaj, J.)
