Court No. 35 20.06.2024 (Item No. 33) subha The present writ petition was preferred by the petitioner against the private respondent no. 4 being Citicorp Finance India Ltd. I find that the subject matter of the case related to re-possession of the vehicle being No WB-23B-4574.

Having considered that the representation was made on 29th December, 2008 and more than 15 years have passed since then, I am of the view that the grievance of the petitioner against the police authorities do not survive.

Petitioner would be at liberty to take proper steps before the appropriate forum. No interference is called for by this court.

With the aforesaid observations, the writ petition being WPA 150 of 2009 is dismissed.

Connected applications, if any, are consequently dismissed.
