Petitioner is the mother of the respondent no. 4 and mother-in-law of respondent no. 5 who allegedly is being restrained to enter the house. Learned advocate for the state is present.

Learned advocate for the private respondents submits that they have no dispute with the mother staying in the house, but it is the married sister of respondent no. 4 who creates an unpleasant atmosphere on the garb of meeting the mother. The same is absolutely a family dispute which has to be solved by other forum. So far as the entry of the mother at the residence is concerned, as submitted by learned advocate for the petitioner, she will report to the Inspector-in-Charge, Bankura Sadar Police Station, who would take steps by engaging a lady

police personnel who would escort and make smooth entry of the petitioner at the residence. The concerned lady police personnel will keep a vigil and visit alternate date to ensure that, while the mother is staying at the residence she is not harassed and/or humiliated at the hands of the respondent no. 4 and

5. Such arrangement would continue for a period of 4 weeks from the date of entry. In the meantime, petitioner would approach the appropriate authorities under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizens Act, 2007.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1209 of 2024 is disposed of.
