Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody for more than 10 months and unnecessarily he has been languishing in custody.

Learned advocate for the de-facto complainant/victim is present.

Learned advocate for the State has submitted a report, let the same be kept with the record.

The Forensic Cyber Expert report do reveal circulation of obscene materials.

Having considered the substance of accusations which is corroborated, I am of the opinion that this is not a fit case for granting bail.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of the petitioner in CRM (M) 236 of 2026 is rejected.

All parties shall act in terms of server copy of the order downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
