Vaisya Mr. Nilay Baran Mondal ... for the DPSC, Purulia Pursuant to the order passed by this court on 14.07.2023 the Commissioner of School Education has passed an order dated 21.09.2023 whereby he has directed the Chairman of the District Primary School Council, Purulia to take immediate steps towards the appointment of the petitioner on compassionate ground.

Therefore, I direct the Chairman of the concerned DPSC to comply with the order passed by the Commissioner of School Education by three months from date and to see that the petitioner gets appointment on compassionate ground.

The reasoned order passed by the Commissioner of School Education dated 21.09.2023 has been

produced by the learned advocate for the State, which is kept on record.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
