We find copy letter dated 30th August, 2021 addressed by appellants to the learned advocate saying as follows:

"This is to inform you that we have filed an Second appeal before the Hon'ble High Court Calcutta being SA 353 of 2016 and you are advocate on record of the appraised case. That presently due to change of circumstances we are not interested to proceed this matter and the same you are requested to withdraw the matter from the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta."

It follows that appellants go unrepresented.
