And In Re : Bhaskar Dey @ Tanu ...... petitioner Mr. Shibaji Kumar Das Ms. Rupsa Sreemani ....for the petitioner Mr. Arijit Ganguly Mr. Avik Ghatak ....for the State There are CCTV footage in the case diary implicating the persons in hurling of bombs.

CCTV footage also demonstrates that explosive substance was hurled. Complicity of the petitioners need to be investigated.

Custodial interrogation of the petitioner cannot be overlooked.

In such circumstances, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Accordingly, prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is rejected and the application being CRM (A) 267 of 2023 is dismissed.
