The grievance of the petitioner is directed against a notice dated 24th September, 2020 issued by the respondent authorities.

In view of a technical mistake in the said notice, the respondent no.2 prays for a liberty to withdraw the notice and initiate proceedings afresh against the petitioner.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of the respondent authorities, nothing survives in this writ petition.

WPA 1497 of 2021 is disposed off.

Liberty is granted to the respondent no.2 to initiate proceedings afresh against the petitioner in accordance with law.

Since no Affidavit in opposition has been filed, the allegations contained in the petition are not admitted.
