The petitioner alleges that he is being obstructed from egress and ingress at his residence as the adjacent land users constructed water pipe line and staircases at the area.

Learned advocate for the State has filed a report, which is kept with the record.

The report reflects that the land refers to common place, which is the subject matter of the dispute between the petitioner and the private respondent nos. 5 and 6.

Learned advocate for the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 submits that the petitioner in order to grab the property in question has made frivolous allegations, which have no factual foundation. Learned advocate for the petitioner denies the same.

Be that as it may, there are allegations of threat at the behest of the Respondent Nos. 5 and 6 as well as quarrel and altercation taking place in terms of the disputes and differences arising out of the usage of the land in question.

The police authorities have already drawn proceedings under Sections 126/135(3) BNSS for maintaining peace and tranquility.

The police authorities are directed to keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of peace and tranquility takes place as also no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents. With the above observation WPA 1465 of 2025 stands disposed of.

Let copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.
