In the facts and circumstances of the present case, interest of justice would be subserved by requesting the learned Tribunal to endeavour and dispose of the matter within six weeks from July 18, 2023.

Learned Tribunal is requested not to grant unnecessary adjournments to any of the parties.

W.P.L.R.T.7 of 2022 is dispose of accordingly.
