Patra Mr. S.Banerjee ..for the respondent no.7 No further order is required to be passed in this writ petition in view of the submissions of the Howrah Municipal Corporation that the grievances of the writ petitioners have been met.

The Howrah Municipal Corporation has submitted that steps have already taken against the illegal construction standing on the premises no. 1 /2, Shailendra Basu Road, Salkia, Howrah 711 106 and necessary orders upon the person responsible for commencing the demolition, has been passed. It is submitted that immediate step shall be taken to ensure that no further unauthorised construction takes place and that the order of demolition would be implemented in accordance with law. The police authorities

shall provide all assistance to the Howrah Municipal Corporation.

Learned advocate for the owners of the plot and the respondent no.7 submits that the construction has been made by the developer. His client does not have any responsibility for such construction.

In view of the above submissions, the Corporation shall act and proceed in accordance with law, unless the order of demolition has been stayed.

This writ petition is disposed of.

There will be, however, no order as to costs. All parties are directed to act on the server copy of this order.
