He renews his prayer for bail.

Learned lawyer for the State opposes the bail prayer. We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner had motive to commit the crime. There were frequent conversations between the petitioner and the principal accused. Bail prayer of the petitioner was rejected in July 2022.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.
