Affidavit of service so filed be kept with the record. Petitioner is aggrieved the order passed by the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Chandannagar in connection with Haripal P. S. Case No. 96 of 2017 dated 21-04-2017(G. R. Case No. 541 of 2017).

Mr.

Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that due to mis-communication and/or information not being available the petitioner could not appear before the court and undertakes to abide by each and every condition proposed to be imposed by the learned jurisdictional court.

In view of the aforesaid, if the petitioner appears and/or surrenders before the learned ACJM, Chandannagar on or before 20th March, 2024 and the learned ACJM, Chandanagar on scrutiny of the records find that the petitioner was earlier granted bail, he shall allow the petitioner to continue on the same bail and bond

with an additional condition to ensure the appearance of the petitioner before the court on each an every date fixed. In case the petitioner do not appear or surrender by 20th March, 2024, the learned ACJM, Chandannagar will be at liberty to exhaust the harsher process of law by adhering to the provisions of Section 82 of the Code of Criminal procedure. With the aforesaid observations, the present revisional application being CRR 241 of 2024 is disposed of. Pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
