On the prayer of learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the petitioner seeks to withdraw the writ application, in view of subsequent developments and causes of action having taken place.

Accordingly, WPA 602 of 2020 is dismissed as withdrawn, with liberty to the petitioner to file an appropriate writ petition challenging developments subsequent to the filing of the present writ petition before the appropriate Bench.

There will be no order as to costs.
