Petitioner contends there was a romantic relationship between petitioner and victim girl. He is in custody for 67 days. Accordingly, he prays for bail. 2.

Learned Advocate for the State opposes the bail prayer.

We have considered the materials on record.

Victim stated there was free mixing between herself and petitioner. During investigation a pen drive containing intimate pictures of the victim has been seized. Victim is yet to be examined.

Under such circumstances, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

Accordingly, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected.
