Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that despite having appeared on the first occasion when the contempt application was taken up and seeking an adjournment on the previous occasion, the alleged contemnors have continued to patently violate the order dated February 8, 2021 passed by this court by failing to decide the petitioner's application for family pension under the Swatantrata Sainik Samman Pension Scheme, 1980 and to disburse the same if the petitioners were found eligible.

In such view of the matter, since it was already observed by the court vide an order dated September 16, 2021 passed in the contempt application that a prima facie case of contempt was made out by the petitioner, a Rule of Contempt be hereby issued against the alleged

contemnors indicating that the matter shall next be enlisted on January 6, 2022 under the same heading for the alleged contemnors to show cause as per the Rule. (Sabyasachi Bhattacharyya, J.)
