1. The learned advocate on record for the petitioner has filed one letter of instruction given to him by the petitioner expressing the intention to withdraw the proceeding which is pending before this Court being CRR 180 of 2023. It transpires from record that by virtue of an order dated February 23, 2023, an application being CRAN 1 of 2023 was rejected. Since then, the matter kept pending.

2. Hence, in view of the instruction given to the learned advocate on record for the petitioner by virtue of the letter, let this revisional application be dismissed as withdrawn. Connected applications, if any, also stand disposed of.

3. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
