Counsel for the petitioner submits that he has received new instructions from his client. The property in question from which she has been ousted from, belongs to her late husband. The petitioner as well as her sons has shares in the said property. The younger son is stated to have sold the property to a third party, who is now in possession. The petitioner has filed a civil suit against the third party and has sought to enforce her civil rights. Mr. Mitra, learned counsel for the State has produced a report in the form of instructions dated 20th March, 2023 issued by the Inspector-in-Charge, Islampur Police Station addressed to the learned Public Prosecutor and the same is taken on record.

It appears that the petitioner is now staying with the elder son in another portion of the said property. In view of the above, no relief can be granted to the petitioner. The writ petition is disposed of without any orders.

There shall be no order as to costs.
