1. The instant matter is listed today under the heading 'To Be Mentioned'

at the instance of the department since a typographical omission occurred in the heading of the order dated 10.02.2026.

2. In view of such, let the number 'C.R.

1003 of 1982' be inserted immediately after the number C.R. 491 of 1986 with a prefix 'with' in the heading of the order dated 10.02.2026.

3. Department is directed to make necessary correction in the order dated 10.02.2026 in terms of today's order.

4. Let this order be treated as part of order dated 10.02.2026.
