The petitioner challenges the acts of commission and/or omission of the respondent No.2 in not dealing with his representation of December 19, 2024. The petitioner's grievance in the said representation is with respect to the private respondents, their cousin having taken steps to obtain a death certificate of the petitioner's grandfather and father fraudulently, giving false dates of their deaths, with an intention to usurp the properties, which are lawfully to come to the petitioner.

The parties are ad idem that the representation of December, 19, 2024 should be considered within a stipulated period.

In view thereof, the respondent No.2 is directed to dispose of such representation upon considering all documents and other requisite information and also calling upon the parties to furnish the details and upon giving the parties an opportunity of hearing, with adequate prior notice thereof.

Let such disposal be made by the respondent no.2 within a period of four weeks from date of communication of this order by the petitioner to the respondent no.2. Upon such order being passed by the respondent no.2, the same shall be communicated to the parties.

6. I make it clear that I have not gone into the merits of the matter, all points taken in the writ petition are kept open to be urged before the respondent No.2.

With the aforestated direction, the writ petition is disposed of.

8. There shall be no order as to costs.
