Considering the fact that commercial quantity of narcotic was seized from the possession of the petitioner and considering the fact that there is hardly any change in circumstances since the earlier order of rejection dated September 30, 2021 by the High Court and the rejection of prayer for bail by the jurisdictional Court on January 15, 2022, we are unable to grant bail to the petitioner.
