It appears that in terms of the order passed by this Court on 31st January, 2025, the police authority has taken steps to streamline the issues canvassed in the writ petition.

There shall be no order as to costs.

Since no affidavit has been invited, allegations contained in the writ petition shall be deemed not to have been admitted.
