Vaisya Mr. Pinaki Bhattacharyya ...for the DPSC, North 24 Parganas It has been submitted on behalf of the respondent that after passing order by this court 21 petitioners have been given appointment and in respect of the rest of the 6 petitioners the documents have been sent for verification and they will be given appointment within a reasonable period.
I direct that such appointment is to be given by eight weeks if there is no discrepancy in the documents which have been sent for the verification. The respondent should communicate this order to the authorities to whom the documents have been sent for verification so that they can also take steps as to verification forthwith.
This matter should not be delayed for more than eight weeks. If it is delayed, the persons responsible will be directed to pay cost from their own pocket not from the public exchequer.
With the above observation, this writ application is disposed of.
