For the opposite party no.1/plaintiff The order dated 18th May, 2022 in connection with Title Suit No.61 of 2017 is under challenge in this application whereby the learned Civil Judge (Senior Division)-in-Charge, 6th Court, Alipore, South 24-Parganas, allowed the plaintiff's application dated 12th June, 2019 for repairing the property in his occupation.

I have perused the order dated 21st November, 2022 wherefrom it is seen that the learned Judge also directed police help to ensure execution of the order dated 18th May, 2022.

Both the learned advocates on behalf of the respective parties in this revisional application have submitted that repair work has already been completed. Therefore, the challenge in this application has become infructuous.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, I am also in agreement with the learned advocates appearing on behalf of the parties to this application. In such circumstances, the revisional application, being CO 176 of 2023, is disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon compliance of necessary formalities.
