Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that there are certain incurable defects in the writ petition. His client seeks leave to withdraw the writ petition and seeks liberty to file fresh writ petition with proper facts and figures.

In view of such submission, the writ petition stands dismissed as 'withdrawn'.

Leave granted to the petitioner to file fresh petition on the selfsame cause of action upon proper and better particulars.
