This appeal filed in 2009 is still pending for admission. It appears from orders dated 16.04.2012 and 13.03.2023 that this court gave direction to the appellant to remove the defects. It appears from the office note that the appeal is barred by limitation and the appellant has not filed any application for condonation of delay. No step has been taken by the appellant to remove the defect pointed out by the office during last fourteen years.

None appears for the appellant even today on call. Accordingly, this appeal is not admitted and as such dismissed.
