Inadvertent typographical error had crept into judgment dated 05.01.2023.

In the 1st Page of the judgment dated 5th January, 2023, "22.11.2023" be read as "22.11.2022".

Department is directed to make necessary corrections to that effect in the order dated 05.01.2023.

Other portions of the order shall remain unaltered. Corrected certified copy of the order be handed over to the parties upon submission of the certified copy, if any, already issued to him.
