Mr. Banshi Badan Maity ....For the Petitioner In the order dated January 20, 2023, as directed - the interest on the gratuity and on arrear pension @8% per annum to be paid on and from the date of retirement till the actual payment being received by the petitioner in terms of the Pension Payment Order - this marked portion should be incorporated in the said order dated January 20, 2023.

The said order dated January 20, 2023 should be corrected accordingly and is clarified accordingly. (Aniruddha Roy, J.)
