19.09.2022 Item No.44 Ct.No.34 dc.

C.R.M. 247 of 2017 In Re : An Application under Section 439(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.

And In Re :

Kanak Kanti Manna ... Petitioner.

Ms. Mamata Jana ... For the State.

This application for cancellation of bail has been preferred in connection with Hingalganj Police Station Case No.

dated 20.03.2014 under Sections 279/323/325/326/308/427 of the Indian Penal Code. The grievance of the petitioner was in respect of the prayer for bail being allowed.

Ms. Mamata Jana, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State, is directed to represent the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned authorities.

Having regard to the fact that the present application appeared on 20.01.2017 and there has been no persuasion in respect of the orders passed which are of the year 20142016, I am of the opinion that no interference is called for at this belated stage.

Accordingly, CRM 247 of 2017 is dismissed.

All pending connected applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
