This Court has heard Mr. Ray, learned advocate appearing for the writ petitioners and Mr.

Bandyopadhyay, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Respondent/State and its functionaries.

By filing the instant writ petition, the writ petitioners have prayed for issuance of appropriate writ/writs against the respondent authorities commanding them to relinquish the land of the writ petitioners, which, according to the writ petitioners, has not been acquired by the respondent authorities in accordance with law, with a further prayer for consideration of the representation of the writ petitioners as submitted on November 25, 2024.

After hearing the learned advocate for the writ petitioners and the learned advocate for the Respondent/State and upon careful consideration of the entire materials as placed

before this Court, this Court while disposing the instant writ petition directs the respondent no.4 authority to consider the representation dated November 25, 2024 as submitted by the writ petitioners in accordance with law and after giving an opportunity of hearing to the writ petitioners and/or their authorized representatives shall pass a reasoned order and shall forthwith communicate such reasoned order to the writ petitioners preferably by email provided email details of the writ petitioners are furnished to him at the time of hearing. The entire exercise as indicated in the foregoing paragraph is to be completed within 90 working days from the date of communication of the server copy of this order.

Liberty is given to the learned advocate on record for the writ petitioners to forward the server copy of this order to the respondent no.4 authority. Respondent no.4 authority is directed to act on the server copy of this order.

With the aforementioned observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
