The Report submitted by the Inspector-in-Charge, Nandigram Police Station, Purba Medinipore dated 31.07.2023 through the learned Public Prosecutor, High Court at Calcutta stated that appellant i.e. Aswini Kumar Panda has expired on 21.02.2022 supported by a copy of the death certificate. The said report along with death certificate be kept on record.

The instant appeal stands abated and disposed of accordingly. Copy of the order along with lower court record be sent to the trial court for due compliance.
