From the supplementary affidavit it appears that the petitioner obtained 76 marks. She is an OBC candidate. She submits that if she gets 6 marks, she would qualify in TET 2014. However, the petitioner's case is covered by the judgement of this court delivered on 13th April, 2023 in MAT 1594 of 2018. If the petitioner comes within the periphery of the said judgement, she will naturally get those 6 marks. The Board is directed to look into this matter when the situation will arise.

Mr. Raja Saha, learned advocate for the Second Appellate Authority under Right to Information Act has submitted that such information has already been

furnished to the petitioner. No allegation against the Second Appellate Authority stands and the pending Second Appeal has become infractuous.

With the above observation and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
