1. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits as follows. It is alleged that the Manager of a Finance Company was illegally giving loans to the villagers. The petitioner is one such person who had taken such loan and is regularly paying EMIs. A co-accused standing on the same footing was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 24.9.2025 in CRM (A) 3035 of 2025.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail. The petitioner did not comply with the notice issued. It is alleged that the petitioner had coaxed a villager to take a loan then took away the loan amount and gave him a small cut. However, there is no document to show that the said amount was taken away in cash.

3. Considering the above, the other materials available in the case diary and the fact that substantially similarly

circumstanced co-accused was granted bail by this Court earlier and I am inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. In the event of arrest, the petitioner shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each, one of whom must be local, to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also be subject to further conditions that the petitioner shall cooperate with the investigation and shall not threaten or intimidate the witnesses.

5. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is allowed.

6. Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance with requisite formalities.
