But during the pandemic she was called to the school and, her grievance is that, she was compelled to sign a resignation letter which is at pages 27 and 28 of the writ application. The petitioner says that there after she did not make any complaint with the police authority in respect of the coercion for signing the resignation letter but she made a representation dated 8th June, 2020 to the Hon'ble Chef Minister of the State which appears in pages 29 to 31. She has filed this writ application on or about 21st January, 2022.

I do not find any grievance-ventilatingcontemporaneous-document to the appropriate

authority, being the police authority including the Superintendent of Police, if it had been a case of nonacceptance of the complaint by the local police station. She made the complaint to the Chief Minister in the year 2020 and has filed the writ application in January, 2022.

I find no merit in this writ application and the same is dismissed.
