Copy has already been served upon Mr. Mukteswar Maity, learned counsel appearing for the applicant/petitioner.

Upon perusal of the said supplementary affidavit, the parties have confirmed that, nothing further survives in this writ petition and the writ petition has become infructuous.

In view of the above, since a subsequent development has taken place during pendency of the writ

petition, no further order can be passed in this writ petition. Accordingly, this writ petition, WPA 1249 of 2024 stands disposed of on the basis of and to the extent of the case made out in the said supplementary affidavit dated July 16, 2024.

The connected applications, I.A. No. CAN 1 of 2024 and I.A. No. CAN 3 of 2024 also stand disposed of.
