Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that a prayer for bail of other co-accused was turned down in CRM 5129 of 2021 on November 18, 2021. A person died from the incident. Other persons sustained injuries.

Considering the gravity of the offence and involvement of the petitioner therein and considering the fact that prayer for bail on behalf of the co-accused was turned down by the coordinate Bench in CRM 5129 of 2021 on November 18, 2021, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.

CRM(A) 363 of 2022 is dismissed.
