Petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that she informed the police authorities as the private respondents are forcing her to execute a sale deed and had earlier forced her to sign on certain blank papers.

Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report. Report reflects that English Bazar Police Station Case No.129 of 2025 dated 23.01.2025 has already been registered for investigation.

Having considered the police authorities have already taken steps, the primary grievance of the

petitioner seems to be addressed. However, the police authorities would keep a strict vigil and ensure that no breach of the peace or tranquility takes place or any untoward incident results because of inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 1562 of 2025 is disposed of.

There will be no order as to costs.

Report submitted by the State be kept with the record.

A copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copies of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties upon compliance of all requisite formalities.
