Petitioners submit that the petitioners had been 15.07.2025 Court No. 35 M/L. No.759 Rakib subjected to immense torture including assault which resulted in injuries and in spite of informing the police authorities no steps were taken.

Police has submitted a report. Report reflects that numbers of criminal cases being registered. Last of the representation which was furnished by the petitioner was acted upon by the police authorities which resulted in registration of Keshpur Police Station case no. 32/24 dated 25.01.2024. Report also reflects that on conclusion of investigation charge-sheet has been submitted in connection with the aforesaid case.

Having regard to the fact that the police authorities have taken steps and numbers of cases are pending, police authorities if required, would oversee that no untoward incident results because of the inimical relationship existing between the petitioner and the private respondents.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 1263 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
