Vaisya, Mr. Gourav Das For the contemnor The present contempt application has been preferred alleging violation of an order dated 3rd March, 2020 passed in the writ petition, being W. P. 3235 (W) of 2020 [WPA No. 3235 of 2020].

No one appears on behalf of the petitioner, though, Mr. Das, learned advocate appearing for the Chairman, South 24 Parganas, District Primary School Council, is present. He informs this Court that in compliance with the order passed by this Court on 3rd March, 2020, an order has already been passed by the Chairman of the said Council on 27th January, 2021. The said order was duly communicated to the petitioner and placing reliance upon the same, the petitioner preferred a further writ petition being WPA 4527 of 2021 which was disposed of by an order dated 24th November, 2021.

It appears that the order of this Court has been complied with. The delay towards such compliance is also not deliberate.

In view thereof, no interference is called for in the present contempt application and the same is, accordingly, disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.

All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
