In the 2nd line of the third paragraph of page 2 of the order dated December 6, 2023, the words "leaned District Judge, Malda" be corrected as "learned District Judge, Murshidabad".

Let this order be treated as a part of the original order dated December 6, 2023.

The other parts of the order remain unaltered. The department is directed to take steps accordingly. Parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
