The State of West Bengal Nobody appears for the parties.

It appears from the report submitted by the Additional District & Sessions Judge, Fast Track Court-III, Howrah dated 05.02.2018 that the case is pending for completion of evidence and date was fixed on 23.02.2018, 26.02.2018 and 27.02.2018 for completion of evidence of prosecution side, long ago. Now the matter has been placed before this Court today for necessary order.

In this revisional application the prayer of the petitioner is only for disposal of S.T. 432 of 2013 arising out of Jagacha Police Station Case No.33 of 2013 pending before the learned Fast Track, 3rd Court at Howrah.

There is no impediment to direct for early disposal as the case is pending since 2013.

The Trial Court is directed to dispose of the S.T. 432 of 2013 within six months from the next date fixed by the trial court, if not already disposed of, without granting any unnecessary adjournment to the parties.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CRR 23 of 2018 is disposed of.

The department is directed to communicate this order to the learned Trial Court for necessary action.

Urgent xerox certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the learned Advocate for the parties after compliance of all formalities.
