Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners prays for an adjournment once again on the ground that the appeal preferred by the petitioners from the order dated 6th February, 2023 is pending before the Division Bench. This ground is also taken on the last occasion. The order from which the appeal was filed was simply a direction on the petitioners to serve notice of the writ petition to the learned Attorney General of India since the petitioners have challenged the Circular issued by the Central Government.

The petitioner is taking time on every occasion on the ground of the pending appeal. This court, therefore, finds no reason to keep the writ petition pending. W.P.A.1295 of 2023 is accordingly dismissed without any order as to costs.
