1. By way of filing this writ petition the petitioner alleges that the public fund under various government scheme, specifically under MGNREGS, has not been implemented and there is collusion between the respondent nos.4,5,6 and 7.

2. Learned advocate appearing for the State submitted that already an enquiry has been conducted and a report has already been drawn, a copy of which has been handed over to the learned advocate for the petitioner. In addition thereto the appropriate authority is directed to send a written communication to the petitioner informing about the outcome of the enquiry within two weeks from the date of receipt of the server copy of this order.

3. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
