Majumder ...for the Petitioner Since the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of complaint case being AC No. 2527 of 2021 pending before the learned Judicial Magistrate, 6th Court, Alipore, South 24 Parganas, the matter may be taken up for consideration without service of notice upon the opposite parties. The opposite parties shall not be prejudiced by an order directing expeditious disposal of the case. This Court is informed that the case is pending since 2021 and is not being proceeded with after recording of plea due to irregular attendance of the opposite party before the learned trial Court.

In view of the above, the learned trial Court is directed to take the proceedings to its logical conclusion within two years from the next date of hearing fixed before him without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties, in accordance with law.

With the above observations and directions the instant revisional application being CRR No. 283 of 2025 is disposed of. Urgent certified website copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
