Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submit that the husband was granted bail by the jurisdictional Court. Learned advocate appearing for the State submits that the deceased died within 11⁄2 years of her marriage. The police are yet to file charge-sheet.

Considering the fact that the husband was granted bail by the jurisdictional Court and considering the complicity of the petitioners in the incident, we grant anticipatory bail to the petitioners.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Bond of Rs.10,000/- each with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of the Arresting Officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the

petitioner nos. 2 and 3 will report before the Investigating Officer once in a month till the conclusion of the investigation and petitioner nos. 1 and 4 will cooperate with the investigation and shall appear before the jurisdictional Court on the dates fixed for trial and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date. The application for anticipatory bail being CRM (A) 365 of 2022 is, thus, disposed of.
