1. Learned advocate for the petitioner says that the accused petitioner is in custody for about six months. Despite submission of chargesheet, there is no progress in the trial at all. Investigation is complete. Further custodial detention of the petitioner is not necessary.

2. Learned advocates for the State and the de facto complainant raise vehement objection. There are sufficient incriminating materials against this petitioner which show about prima facie involvement of the petitioner in the alleged offence. The petitioner has criminal antecedents. If he is granted bail, the prosecution may suffer a lot.

3. Perused the materials-on-record. We have also gone through the materials gathered by the investigating agency.

Investigation is complete. Keeping in mind the complicity of this petitioner in the alleged offence and as the petitioner has

criminal antecedents, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. CRM (DB) 275 is dismissed.
