Petitioner is directed to serve a copy of the revisional application upon Mrs. Manisha Sharma, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears on behalf of the State. Her appointment may be regularized by the concerned Authorities in due course.. Learned advocate for the petitioner has challenged the order dated 18th December, 2022. The said application and the order impugned reflect that the purpose of the petitioner was with regard to the claim regarding the custody of the children. Having regard to the fact that the offence under investigation is in connection with Kalna Police Station Case No. 1149 of 2022 which is based on allegations of kidnapping and abduction, I am not inclined to entertain such prayer. Petitioner would be able to renew such prayer before the appropriate forum. With the aforesaid observations, the present criminal revisional application being CRR 186 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of.
