1. The instant matter is listed today under the heading "To Be Mentioned" since a typographical omission occurred in paragraph no. 4 of the said order dated 19.09.2025.

2. In view of such, in page no. 2 in paragraph no. 4 of the said order dated 19.09.2025 in the 7th line after the words "shall pass a reasoned order" following be inserted:

"within 60 working days from the date of communication of the server copy of this order"

3. Department is directed to make necessary correction in the order dated 19.09.2025 in terms of the order as passed today.

4. Let this order be treated as part of the order dated 19.09.2025.
