1. Learned advocates for the parties are present.

2. This matter is put up for necessary clarification and inclusion in order dated November 13, 2025.

3. By order dated November, 13, 2025, FMA 1326 of 2025 with COT 146 of 2024 were disposed of.

4. However, it is not mentioned in the said appeal that the Registrar General, High Court, Appellate Side, Calcutta shall release the amount deposited by the appellant Insurance Company to the claimants/respondents.

5. Thus, the Registrar General, High Court, Appellate Side, Calcutta is requested to release the awarded sum deposited by the appellant Reliance General Insurance Company within a period of three weeks from the date of communication of this order upon

necessary verification and compliance of all the formalities.

6. The other contents of the judgment dated November 13, 2025 shall remain unaltered.
